Your content in any format, including:

  • Audio (podcast)

  • Video

  • Written content

  • Social media clips

4. Editorial Control

You acknowledge that:

  • We may edit content for clarity, length, tone, or legal considerations

  • We are not obligated to publish any submission

5. Assumption of Risk

You understand that:

  • Public sharing of your story may carry legal or personal risks

  • Once published, content may be shared or redistributed by others

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless Due Process in Delco from any claims arising out of:

    • Publication of your content

    • Public response to your content

    • Any unintended consequences

7. Defamation & Legal Claims Waiver

You agree that:

  • You will not bring claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or related causes of action based on content you voluntarily submitted and approved for publication

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Due Process in Delco against any claims arising from your submission.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

  • You may withdraw consent prior to publication

10. No Compensation

You understand that:

  • Submission and publication are voluntary

  • You will not receive compensation
